Imagine a world-wide supply blockchain. Complete transparency of working conditions, wages, and origins of all materials.
Imagine going to your local grocery store, taking out your phone, and scanning a bag of coffee beans that showed you exactly where it came from, and a rating of the company's corporate practices. It would be a great step forward in un-alienating ourselves from reality.
