A bit of laziness is necessary for contemplating what really matters. If you’re in a constant state of busyness, you simply have no room to step back and question what you’re doing, and whether it’s worth it. When you hustle 24/7, you loose the power of perspective.

Yes. In the last few months I have consciously done nothing when I noticed the thought I 'should' be doing something else. Constant 'productivity' is not necessary to enjoy simple peace and quiet - even meditation can be 'busyness'. Being... is enough.
