I have first hand experience of this. It’s absolutely true. If PTSD can be installed in the mind in a moment...it can be removed just as quickly.

Too true! There is soo much evidence for this. Blows my mind that these fallacies of genetic determinism and exclusive environmentalism are still so often thrown around
