Need to work on retraining my attention span. Here’s my plan of action: 1. Less social media 2. More podcasts 3. Finally, books Trying to jump from reading tweets to digesting novels is proving difficult, and I have so many podcasts on the back burner
Never! Looks right up my alley though so I’ll give it a go. Thanks. Gah I wish I practiced mindfulness more. I usually try keep it in mind and be aware of things around me but I’d love to solidify the habit of sitting down and dedicating time to it every day
