If I knew exactly how to get these two working like a well oiled machine, I’d tell you right now. The reality is, I’m still experimenting w/ how to do this. And I’m getting better. So far I can definitely recommend mindfulness, and practising mono-tasking with no distractions.
What does this have to do with mental health again? Everything, and nothing at all. If you have a higher purpose, you forget all about your inhibitions, including your mental state. And in your ignorance, it will dissipate. Because ultimately, it’s useless.
That’s all it boils down to. Will x help me reach my goals? No, so x can fuck off. Come to the understanding that mental illness is literally just a fictional narrative your ego indulges in to validate its insecurities. Don’t resist this truth. Now go get shit done will you?
