There is life outside of work. Don’t get so caught up in it that you forget the importance of leisure. It is just one part of life, and you should certainly not feel guilty for taking time for relaxation.

It is in these times of nothingness that our creativity flourishes, but only if you let it. If your concept of leisure is being on your phone for 3 hours you will gain nothing of value.
