The people behind these technologies are not bad. Just like the people who ax down trees and endanger orangutangs in south-east asia, and those who buy clothes made in sweatshops... All are simply adapting to the current system thats in place. All are trying to survive

Do you think Zuckerberg likes controversy? Do you think he sits at home relishing in the fact that people are being polarised and zombified left right and center? I don't think so. He's just a man, like the rest of us. He does what he has to to earn a dollar.

The advertising that earns it is getting more and more worrisome every day. Are advertising companies to blame? No, they simply have to keep up with the competition. And as a result, they now have to surveil millions of people and curate accurate profiles based on hordes of data
