If we agree that life, or at least the human race, has some intrinsic value or worth, then it follows that we each have a moral obligation to care about ourselves, the life around us, and the life to come. 
Everyone says that we should find our own purpose, pursue our individual passions that make us happy, and make our unique dreams a reality.
I don’t really believe in that sentiment anymore.

In accepting this, our concept of an individual purpose becomes that of a shared purpose: to do good. If you’re plodding around and extracting value out of the world without giving any back, you’re an oxygen thief. Simple as that. Think bigger than yourself. Serve life.
