#3. Download WeCroak.
Not directly related, but WeCroak is an app that reminds you 5 times a day that you are going to die. If you open up the notification, it also gives you a death related quote to ponder. Definitely makes you consider whether you’re using your time wisely

I’ve used a combination of these over the past 6 months, and although it was difficult to begin with, I can see now that I’ve made major improvements. I no longer spend any time on Facebook (I simply deleted the app and just use messenger), and I now just have to work on YouTube
