    For reference, the one I set up back in 2009 can be seen here: It seems like the images used will remain intact and just these subdomains will disappear, but I don't know if this is something / might feel is worth preserving?

    Apparently DeviantArt is "sunsetting" all old portfolios on March 31. Rather than galleries which comprise the bulk of the site, I believe this refers to a system launched in 2009 where users could highlight their work on a little web page.

    I haven’t felt like myself for years now. Growing up, I really felt lovable. All of my faults--my reliance on my blanket, my naivete, the occasional delusion of grandeur--it was all a part of my charm. Things took a turn some time after my little brother Rerun was born. He would needle me about my blanket, he would tell me to be a better role model for him. Rerun approached the world with the sort of precocious wonder that used to be my domain, but he did it with an instinctual edginess that made my shtick seem quaint. Linus: What color is a peace conference? Rerun: This is Tarzen beating up on mickey mouse.
