Police tell me they can't refuse a citizens arrest, but then the legal burden is on the citizens with legal consequences. The three people who accused Arias of assault have to prove they were non-threatening at the time of the scuffle. Any prior threats would become an issue.

Unfortunately, he came outside and committed 3 assaults and racked up at least another charge of vandalism. He lost his cool. He then followed that with breaking the law. #Ariasmustresign

There was a lynching in GA back in Feb and a video of it came out last week. Only difference is they used a shotgun as opposed to a noose.
