Police tell me they can't refuse a citizens arrest, but then the legal burden is on the citizens with legal consequences. The three people who accused Arias of assault have to prove they were non-threatening at the time of the scuffle. Any prior threats would become an issue.

Unfortunately, he came outside and committed 3 assaults and racked up at least another charge of vandalism. He lost his cool. He then followed that with breaking the law.

Citizens arrest by mobs. We're one day away from public lynchings.

There was a lynching in GA back in Feb and a video of it came out last week. Only difference is they used a shotgun as opposed to a noose.
