Yes, Arias says these are the same people rallying to open businesses. I guess going to the council president's home is the new protest.

Police sent officers to the mayor’s house and Luis Chavez, who said: “As a Council member that has been publicly threatened before, I take these threats very seriously and that’s why I have a concealed carry weapons permit. I will not tolerate anyone threatening me or my family.”

Every council member appears to have police at or on the way to their homes for protection right now. (I've heard from all but one.)

The protesters made their way to the mayor’s house after making the citizens arrest on council president Arias. A city spokesman tells me the mayor talked to them for 10 minutes and then they left.
