I saw a guy building a company today. No burnout. No all-nighters. No overnight success. He just sat there. Delivering value and charging a fair price for it. Like a psychopath.

This year I gave up on the idea that we have to work hard and hustle like crazy to build something awesome and successful. I called it the surrender experiment. Truly psychopathic. And yet, it’s been eye-opening in the best possible ways

"The surrender experiment". You psycho! :) I'm slowly (and painfully) learning the harmony of effort and surrender too. Trying too hard grinds the gears. Creates turbulence. But doing nothing, well, results in nothing. So, it's more a song and dance. No rush to get to the end.
