I've been having a lot of trouble lately with organizing my ideas - linear structures like taking notes or writing in a file feel really clunky. I'm not sure what would be better.

I've been imagining a mindmapping journa. Nodes visited often become bigger, more vibrant - and fade away as they're ignored. You can take notes on the edges of the graph (why are these two nodes connected?)

I guess this would be a tool for reflection - for helping you see a picture of who you are right now; what you've been thinking about, what you've experienced recently. And what if we shared our graphs with each other!

HELLO IDEA TWIN I feel like a solid 25% of my journals are me complaining about the format's incapability of handling the way I think, and I've converged on a similar idea--two way links, annotatable metadata in the space between nodes, spaced repetition. Got some additions:
