I recently had a day where I was completely present with life, the entire day! (Notably, I can remember it well! I've often pondered on why my memory is so poor - this is a hint to myself.)
On this day, I -trimmed the garden, watching the ways the branches and leaves flowed on each plant. I listened to what wanted to go and what wanted to stay. (Plants are great teachers for this, as parts that aren't thriving, that aren't getting what they need, wither up.

-took so many naps (because I've had a cold, and that's what my body needed - I'm grateful I was able to listen) -had a bath and listened to the sound of bubbles escaping my mouth underwater. I experimented with what sounds / patterns could be made, like an instrument
