So. How come the USA has a higher percentage of HIV/AIDS than any of the European countries who DON'T cut their boys?

Indeed. That Johns Hopkins is suggesting that resort to peer pressure is necessary speaks volumes about their lack of confidence in the science behind child circumcision as prophylaxis, which most of the world's doctors find utterly unconvincing. This campaign is unethical. #i2
