      Incorrect. Washing with soap and water regularly is all that's needed to keep it clean and hygienic. As with every other body part. It's actually more difficult to teach someone to brush their teeth effectively, but no one suggests we preemptively pull teeth for that reason.

      Depends on what you've done that day. Not more so than most other body parts, considerably less so than others. Nothing a shower can't fix. It's far from a justification for non-consensual amputation. The fact is most men are intact, and most women are more than fine with that.
