I'm honestly waiting for you to give a clear thought there, your assertion makes no sense whatsoever, it appears to be a half formed statement. Cutting off a healthy part of the body without the consent of that person is the very definition of mutilation, period.

Nope, because the prepuce is not as useful as you might think. And because circumcised men don’t find they were mutilated. Their penis works well and they have a good sex. Male circs are not mutilation.

And that doesn't change the fact that it's a mutilation. It is cutting off a body part that is perfectly healthy without consent of the person. Your definition of mutilation is very narrow and most FGM doesn't even fit it.

A prepuce is not a body part. It’s just extra skin. Look I’ve known men who did not get circs, and wished they had.

Never too late, so they must not want to be cut as much as you think. If they did, they'd get anesthetic while the prepuce (w/all its nerves & blood vessels) was removed. Surgically. Because as everyone with even an ounce of intelligence knows, the prepuce is a body part

And everyone with a penis should know about Balanitis, Cancer of the prepuce, Phimosis, HPV and more issues which result in the need to get circumcised .

The small risk of those conditions certainly doesn't create a "need" to force
#circumcision - amputation of a valuable body part - on a healthy child. Parents can validly permit surgery on a child only for diagnosis or treatment. Circumcision is neither. https://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/pediatrics/95/2/314.full.pdf …1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -
No cases of cancer of the penis in countries that do it as babies. No spread of HPV by boys . I assume you are also an antivaxer?

Penile cancer can & does happen to cut males in countries that routinely circumcise in infancy. Circumcised males can & do spread HPV through sex. And no, I'm not antivax. That's quite a trifecta of falsehoods for you to file next to "A prepuce is not a body part."

Replying to @cooney21 @VrijVlinder and
"It is remarkable that incidence rates of penile cancer in the United States, where ~75% of the non-Jewish, non-Muslim male population is circumcised, are similar to rates in northern Europe, where [about or less than] 10% of the male population is circumcised."

"As a preventive measure for penile cancer, circumcision also fails to meet the criteria for preventive medicine ... there is no compelling reason to deny boys their legitimate right to make their own informed decision when they are old enough to do so."https://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/131/4/796 …
