They consider the loss of sexual appetite the beginning of womanhood. The same is not true for circumcision. Islam is a fucked religion

Those are not words from God. Keep trying this you still can’t cut out that there are more than ONE facet to the choice of circumcision.

Are the words you cited as those of Islam from God? Nope, just religion. Same, same, but different. AND... not even!
#FGM is tribal custom, not actually part of Islam. Most Muslim women in the world are intact. The same can't be said about Muslim and Jewish boys and men, though.2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

Not Muslim either, so? Yet you speak of both as if you knew them equally:https://twitter.com/tesslatweets/status/1122222856539131904?s=19 …

So I don’t heed Jewish books. You tools keep trying to equate FGM to circ - it ain’t the same. It’s wrong for the exact reasons you confuse male circ wrong - it’s whole purpose is to remove pleasure and chastise the girl so she will be “pure” for her husband.

Then u think gotcha on religion. Ha! Gods word only says that man should cut himself to join in covenant and should cut those in his care if they are to join the man. There is no purpose beyond inheriting BLESSINGS. philosophers can wonder the intent but it’s plain in the book

Health benefits - proven. Edge up? Not great enough to suggest cutting a boy if the parents perceive it as morally wrong or cannot afford or have other objections. Medically it was recomended until politically it was decided that boys should wait until adulthood and decide

Wrong again. The int'l medical consensus, set forth here, is that the "benefits" can't possibly outweigh the inherent risks & harms of #circumcision. That consensus is based on the medical evidence. By "politically" clearly you mean "ethically" #i2 https://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/pediatrics/131/4/796.full.pdf …
