I think male circumcision is going to be considered unusual in the US in a few decades.

Maybe. I'm a nurse and most nurses I know are advocates of circumcision for reasons that usually become a bigger deal later in life (higher risk of urosepsis-ever seen what happens when a guy hasn't retracted his foreskin to clean for several months?).

There's been a widespread, years-long effort to circumcise #Africa based on this pure quackery. Why hasn't it worked to curb the spread of #HIV in Africa? Why are STDs "out of control" in the highly-circumcised US, but at much lower rates in mostly intact Europe? #i2 #MedEd
