That’s an interesting topic, foreskin regeneration. Maybe one day tech will take us there. Skin is useful, but taking some away doesn’t leave you incapacitated.

Bear in mind that my definition of incapacitated means totally lacking the ability or desire to engage in sexual activity.

That’s not considered incapacitated. Please decide to make the most of what you have left, you only have one chance at life. Let go of resentment, make a different choice for your progeny, and let that be your empowerment.

I hate to see the men who want their foreskin back stay in a position of victimhood.

I know you feel strongly about it and want to spread your experiences to keep others from facing the same regrets. I don’t minimize your feelings about it. I just know that not every man feels the same way and for many circ remains a cultural, economical, and aesthetic choice

A cultural practice and your aesthetic preferences don't trump human rights. Saying that there are justifications for the violation of human rights leads down the path to eugenics and other loathsome practices. And I'd argue economically circ causes more problems than it fixes.

And no I disagree that it is a violation of rights, considering it is best done in infancy so waiting until consent age would cause the procedure to be problematic and costly.

Contradicting yourself is never a good look. And it's already been explained to you many times, by me & others, that infant #circumcision is more painful & "ethically unacceptable" b/c general anesthetic & patient consent aren't available #i2 https://www.nytimes.com/2016/12/08/world/europe/circumcision-boys-babies.html …pic.twitter.com/4thlVXas8y
