If there are, he can make that judgement himself. You can't uncircumcise a baby, so he should be left factory standard until the age of consent.

Already covered it’s much harder and significantly more costly and risky for adults to be cut than a baby. A man will face a much greater hardship than if he could just have it done. What about the adult men who wish they could have been cut as babies?

They have a choice. They can discuss with their surgeon how much they want removed, they can be adequately anaesthetised, they can be given proper post-op pain relief and the glans has already separated, meaning less damage to the glans.

The vast majority of men given the choice, stay intact. The vast majority of circumcised men did not have a choice.

It is about the individual's right to decide that for himself. This isn't about how many men do or don't complain about being intact or cut. The point is each man should decide for himself, as an informed, consenting adult.

Do you know why I have more than a hundred men on my discord server, the majority of which are cut and angry about it? And share that with me?Because I listen to them. I empathise with them. And I don't dismiss their experience. I never tell them how they do or should feel.

No, she's not, but you encourage making children into victims.
