Or are you now ready to admit that your take on Leviticus 25:44-46 is completely lacking in textual or factual foundation, because the passage clearly refers to "slaves whom you may have" & who may be treated "as a possession" & as inheritable "property"?

The point is that God is said to have set forth rules that are inherently & always immoral & harmful. While it may be "obvious" to you that slavery is wrong, 180 years ago many denied this based on Biblical endorsement of it. You're doing the same w/circumcision today.

Are you changing your mind about the "obvious" wrongfulness of slavery? How were times "different back then" in a way that would make it morally permissible for 1 person to own another & beat him to w/in an inch of his life (or beyond) w/impunity?

Actually, the problem you're having is that it's impossible for you to explain or defend your ridiculous position, as your many non-responses to several of my perfectly reasonable & polite questions makes clear.

Maybe the problem is that I've asked you many questions that you haven't answered?

Well, the questions are out there, you can either answer them or not. I don't see the point of repeating them on a DM.
