And you are free to chose to do what you want with your own body. Choosing to cut healthy parts off someone else's body who can't agree to it is just wrong, even if you are their parent. Very few people decide to be circumcised, very few want it if given the choice themselves.

The solution to preventing "buildup of germs under the foreskin" is simply to shower regularly. To reliably prevent STI transmission, use condoms, get tested & practice monogamy. If a man has HPV or another STI, his penis can pass it to you whether cut or not.
