Thanks for your answer. It seems most state medical boards suffer from political & other biases & get away with doing little to nothing when it comes to regulating physicians. It's time to demand change to that. Bansar, do you have a view on the question I asked? Anyone else?

Unfortunately when "the public" pressures med boards to discipline more doctors, it's kind of like pressuring a drunk driver to drive faster. They are incompetent and they harm innocent physicians in order to increase the numbers. Only 50% chance they do it right. Bansar?

A perfect example is this FGM. Where are the med boards? This is a crime. It is physical assault. There is no medical benefit to FGM. Med board should be all over this. If they were competent we would not need another law to prevent assault on children!
