I can't seem to access the site, but isn't it somewhat misguided to attempt neutrality on an issue like child abuse?

I can access it fine from the US. I wonder if they have the article ring-fenced in some way from non-Americans? Because, w/few exceptions, non-American parents would be appalled at the ignorance shown in the article & outraged that it could be published in the 21st century.
