Sadly, it does happen, and far too often.

What a nice thing to say about the genital-cutting of & their "random scalpels" on the eve of their national convention.

Unaccompanied and Scared: 3,000 American infant boys daily abandoned by their parents & wheeled in for a "scientifically untenable," "ethically unacceptable," painful, nontherapeutic & unnecessary partial amputation of their most intimate body parts

, the bias you "hide, abide, and push aside" isn't just implicit & isn't just about "microaggressions." It's the ! Nearly all other on the planet have called out your indefensible for the nontherapeutic cutting of boys.

10/17 Based on Dr Palmer's blatant plagiarism of Dr Gong's blurb (wonder what Dr Gong or whoever certified the CME for both sessions thinks about that), there seems to be little reason to expect a substantially different presentation. Indeed, the only significant blurb change...

9/17 heretofore considered too risky & aggressive. Why should just the healthy boys have their fundamental right to bodily integrity violated? At least, that's what we can expect if this session is anything like 2017's "Penile Anomalies."

I see Blanche would rather not defend whatever it is she's said, but to your point, not all FGM results in the complications you describe. In fact, Type IV is just a pinprick that doesn't ordinarily remove tissue. Circumcision always compromises sensation & other functions.

  12. 18 Aug 2019

No, you're a racist because you think only people who have a certain amount of Hispanic ancestry should use "Hispanic" sounding names. The fact that all you do in response to facts about is falsely suggest the messenger has a small penis? That's just you projecting

A white person who uses a name perceived to be "Hispanic" spoils that shortcut for racists. And that's the real reason why Randall got so annoyed at Beto he had to send this tweet. Trump knows that about the racists at the core of his "base" (he's a racist himself after all)...

Easy solution: You just need to 86 that appointment. The international medical consensus is that is unneeded & its questionable & marginal benefits are clearly outweighed by its obvious harms & risks of complications.

1 problem (of many) w/a "scientifically untenable" child policy is that, instead of defending it, these can only wallow in self-pity & projecting insults when challenged. members deserve better - & your patients certainly do

That's the complete speculation you tell yourself so you don't feel badly about living in a circumcising culture. There is no research supporting it, and it has no basis in fact. Here's a reminder of what the research actually shows:

Contradicting yourself is never a good look. And it's already been explained to you many times, by me & others, that infant is more painful & "ethically unacceptable" b/c general anesthetic & patient consent aren't available

Wait - what part of Defend the Defenseless' tweet was "ad hominem"? There have been so many threads - am I missing something?
