Is it worth? Like the tweaks need to be updated and majority are prob gonna be for iOS 11.3.1 cause its what most devices are on

they don't. 11.3.1 uses tweaks from 11.1.2. It's all ios 11. It's just that ios 11 redesigned a lot like control center so those kind of ios 10 tweaks won't obviously work.
