    Will file a request on that but I'm not sure the Flickr API will provide the formatted tags (need to check).

    Not nagware - just the effect of the "check for update at login" preference. Turn that off and you'll never see it again.

    Did the store not accept your upgrade code? In a post-App Store world this is a clunky system, I agree.
