    Not nagware - just the effect of the "check for update at login" preference. Turn that off and you'll never see it again.

    Not totally sure what you mean? The software update dialog says "Note: v4 is a paid upgrade from v3".

  20. Did the store not accept your upgrade code? In a post-App Store world this is a clunky system, I agree.
