    12 public meetings were held during May and June – two in each of HRT’s six service district cities. We received great feedback from current riders and members of the public.

    Our project team visited 21 different bus stops and transit centers between 6:00 - 8:30 AM to talk to riders before their commute to work.

    We spoke to over 50 community organizations, civic leagues, military groups, and large employers in Hampton Roads. They shared ways transit options benefited them and ways to improve the existing system.
