Since when have we seen a federal judge talk about morality?
-
No need for them to get into icky morality. They can get this one right just by rembering they're not supposed to be in the policymaking business—and especially not in the abetting-murderous-agents-of-the-state policymaking business.

Justice Thomas has briefly addressed the issues with QI and has hinted he thinks it’s not based in law. Has any other Justice addressed it?
-
Oh my, yes. Scalia, Kennedy, Ginsburg, Sotomayor. Probably other that I'm forgetting. And don't forget the mountain of well-earned stink that lower-court judges have been heaping on QI as well.https://www.unlawfulshield.com/2018/09/the-campaign-against-qualified-immunity-is-steadily-expanding/ …

Minneapolis police department website describes this as, “Man Dies After Medical Incident During Police Interaction.” Can you believe that!? How can they qualify suffocating a man to death as a “Medical Incident”?

-
I can absolutely believe it.

And the officer didn’t get off of the man until the EMT arrived. They can try and say that he died after arriving at the hospital but the truth is that we all just watched a man DIE from police brutality!
