So a consulting firm you hired rates you highly on the metric on which they supposedly trained your staff. Maybe the next training session will include answering the phone, listening to and clearing voice mail, reading and answering emails and posted letters.

Rep Bacon’s offices never answer the phones or returns messages. They do send emails back that don’t reflect your concerns and just highlight propaganda. What did pay to have this recognition?
