    You can do a lot of body weight exercises that require no equipment...planks, squats, etc. That's what is and they have video/streaming.

    🧵I am lucky to be where I am. I’m the CMO , I have worked for politicians in the U.K. and U.S. and by the way I’m formerly incarcerated. Incarceration has the most profound effect on a person and the consequences reach far beyond the prison walls.
