I have always said I wouldn't be able to cope in this environment - I did 2 terms at head office & realised how much I like peace, quiet, calm, order! And to be able to shut the door!

I worked in an open plan office in my previous role whilst working for the LA. We also had to hot desk. There were rarely desks to sit at and the noise was shocking. I have never felt so unsettled in a role. I left.

We hot desk at my job and I hate it. No wastebaskets, not allowed to personalise our desks, not nearly enough space.
