As an IGH kid it pains me to say nice things about SSP, but I feel like that would be a great spot for @HockeyDayMN in the future. A storied high school history for both boys and girls, quite a few NHL players, Woog, need I say more? #HDM2023 Cc @SSPGirlsHockey @Packer_Hockey

Dakota County Fair tickets are now $18 less than for the State Fair. Another Minnesota State Fair price increase in 2023 makes me appreciate even more all those who work so hard to keep our immensely popular Dakota County Fair FREE. The Dakota County Fair starts August 7th.

Bison like those at Dakota County's Spring Lake Park Reserve in Rosemount develop thick, woolly coats to protect them from freezing temperatures and harsh winds. A bison's winter coat is so thick and provides such effective insulation that snow falling on its coat won’t melt.
