10 criminals at high risk of recurrence, for a total cash out at 60k. What is the multiplier on overhead costs? 10x? What is the metric for success? Is there a control group? Are results being compared to alternate approaches? Does this approach withstand rudimentary inspection?

It’s really quite simple: 1) identify repeat violent felons 2) give them money 3) ?????? 4) profit! (ie. manufacture study that it worked)
