My heart is bursting. On the eve of my first child's birth, my dad - who's been in prison nearly my entire life - was granted clemency. He never intended harm, yet his crime devastated many families. My heart breaks for the families that can never get their loved ones back.

His dad was an unarmed getaway driver. He was driving a switch car. He didn't actually harm anyone.

Get away drivers are just as guilty as those who pull the trigger. Do you think when he drove them carrying guns that he did mean to ‘cause harm’? Ridiculous! He knew full well that death was in his car. He chose death therefore pay the consequences

Paul, We’ve been over this. Armed robbery is NOT a crime, it’s “restorative redistribution of wealth”. And murder is only a crime if a cop does it, otherwise it’s eligible for “diversion”. Your comrade, C Boudin
