Update: is claiming our service isn't actually cancelled. DM in picture. We have (consensually recorded) verbal confirmation that it was cancelled. Seems like they didn't actually click the button. There's no way this is legal. Hoping the can help!

Nope, we *finally* cancelled our service this morning, and it was like pulling teeth. There was no way to prevent us cancelling, but after that experience we are *much* less likely to sign up for Cox again.
