Made it home through the snow before it got too bad. I think hot chocolate (with whisk[e]y in it) and a movie are in our future.

Today's agenda: Cook, meal plan, wrap, shop, pack, drive, shop some more, eat, sleep. Merry Christmas everyone!

Note to self: Jumbo eggs take longer. I wound up with coddled in stead of soft boiled.

Time to make the turkey stock.

When you're making a gratin with gruyère and prosciutto in it you don't need to eat lunch, you can just nibble as you cook.
