1.2TB is a massive amount of data and you can do a lot with it in one month. Stream about 500 hours of HD video a month or spend nearly 3,500 hours of videoconferencing (Zoom, FaceTime, Google Duo, Houseparty, etc.), enough to video conference for nearly 4 months straight. (2/2)
Why do you only use video as an example here when there are a million other reasons someone might use lots of data for their jobs..... like I don’t care how many hours of HD it is if I hit a cap for massively large files because I’m a digital producer.
You wouldn’t get anywhere close to 500 hours of 4k video for 1.2TB. I love how they don’t specify what “HD video” means!
1.2tb is not that much as an IT professional, music producer, and part time streamer with 2 other people in the household. If 95% of your customers don't go over 1.2TB then COOL, you can remove the cap and not punish the rest of us for our lines of work with a feather ruffled.
You guys are terrible! Complete opposite of what your consumer wants! If that cap is barely ever reached, why put one in place?!
All these imaginary limits on an unlimited resource.

I also have to upload 4k/1080p footage every week since im working remotely. Then I just so happen to get the ps5 which has updates. Yea this isn't cool
