    Nate Silver ( ) is so right on here. Poor people = social service recipients and nobody else. People who work 10 jobs, who are homeless or who just fell through the "safety net" need to pick themselves up by their bootstraps and get means tested!

    The upper class is naturally the loudest, but the lower increases in volume as the crisis intensifies (along with the correspondingly ascendant threat of fascism). Ask yourself how this cycle can be broken: with old ideas that were tried last century, or with something new?

    People seem to underestimate the prominence of repetitive work, even repetitive skilled work. Is it possible these people are not and never were actually working class? Getting tired of the ignorant, idle upper class' dogshit takes on life/death issues for workers.
