The form was in Dutch! I just happened to have spent the previous few years learning Dutch, and also filling out plenty of Dutch paper work, so it didn't seem unusual to me. They rummaged and went and found some English ones.

They don't do a lot of I-90 processing at the land crossings, and they charged $5 each in cash (only option!), which is usually in your flight ticket price. Now why they have a lot of Dutch paperwork at Peace Arch on the US-Canada border, I don't know.
