Being a bit more serious: a 4MP image is only ~ 2^27 bits. A passerby camera reduces the color pallet a lot, and re-projecting the image from another camera's POV is basic 3D work. I'd wager the input search could be as low as 2^17.

Assuming 1 frame/sec, even 17 bits of entropy per second gets you to 128 bits of entropy after ~8 seconds, which should be "enough", shouldn't it?
