Mostly. But multi-family is replacing with the new zoning. There are strips and blocks of apartments on the arterials too, and only small parks/green-space, those mean that the density of Fremont is about 4.9k/km², vs about 3k/km² for Ballyfermot.

Basically, in Ballyfermot we had a small house in a row of same, but big generous play fields and parks maintained by the corporation. Here the houses are apart and much bigger, no park area, and then thousands of small apartments are dotted on the main roads.
