1:1 ratio of banana and egg with some coconut flour!! Unless you're going traditional, then you can't beat lemon/sugar :)

100g plain flour, beat in 2 eggs, whisk in 300ml milk. Let stand for 20 mins. Makes nice thin pancakes if that's what you're after
