The manager of the cryptography tools is an awesome and fearless woman, which helps, as does the bench of incredible cryptography and protocol engineers who happen to be women.

We're working on TLS1.3 and QUIC and Post-Quantum security and this stuff is as low level and as hard as it gets, and at the forefront of protecting huge volumes of sensitive information for customers, and the whole team is knocking it out of the park. It's an awesome dynamic.
