Now, my least favorite LP. No, it's not Frugality. If you want to ship people around the world on a 15 hour flight in cargo class, go for it. I'd laugh and not go, but that's me. (3/10)

To be honest I think maybe we should change that LP to be "Leaders make good calls, a lot" I think
@QuinnyPig is right, it has a slight negative connotation when the meaning is supposed to be about earning trustworthiness because you are frequently accurate and make good calls -
I think the concept of being "right" feels more like centralized from some one person's single authority, whereas "making a good call" feels more like what it should be: a result of getting diverse data from everyone, so the exact opposite of "encouraging people to pipe down"

This one bothered me a lot when I started. The most important words in this LP are in the sub-text: "They seek diverse perspectives and work to disconfirm their beliefs." In other words: Be humble, be open-minded, and ask insightful questions of yourself and others.

Maybe this can be reframed as qualities of leadership people should aspire to? To distinguish from a read that is "$TITLE (SVP, VP, ...) is right a lot".
