This is a live issue, but there doesn't seem to be any live support ... which is compounding the frustration. The driver isn't even in Seattle any more, and it still says "Arriving Now" ... can't cancel, report, or do anything about it.

I’ve honestly never had a great experience with food delivery services. Slice might be the only exception...and that might just be because you end up with pizza in the end.
