Recorded an internal podcast yesterday where we talked about team tenets. Tenets are something we use a lot in decision making, but they also provide a rubric to run an organization. Having re-read Ray Dalio’s “Principles” it is something everyone in a team should be aware of.

I love how "very few features" is the new killer feature! I think those outside of the low-level critical infrastructure world must scratch their heads at that.
