From a quick look: there are actually 2,048 words in the word list, but the RNG can only pick from the first half. Which is why all of the suggested passphrases use words that seem to be in the first half of the English dictionary.

I cut https://github.com/hjfreyer/classypasswords/issues/1 … and https://github.com/hjfreyer/classypasswords/issues/2 … for it already :) I should say it doesn't really affect the security of the scheme aside from providing 49 bits of entropy instead of 54 bits. It just looks "wrong" that all the values are clustered.
